another thursday

i have had zero motivation for work this week. i've also had insomnia this week....despite waking up in the morning on a regular schedule i still cant sleep at night. i havent dont any chores or cleaning up at home. its cold. life is dull and dreary. blah blah blah. even writing this is dull and boring. bah.
