i just ran into a 17 pound cat! imagine garfield in the flesh! big fat orange tiger striped cat. i miss having a cat. the only thing stopping me from keeping a cat is knowing that i'd have to give it up when i leave and thats not fair to the cat. so im doing the next best thing.
this season of charmed sucks
there are certain things in life that define certain times in ones life. the last year in college, the friends you make, the friends you lose, that guy, that guy, that guy, where you live, who you live with. these days it seems to me my life is defined by the time difference between me and the rest of the world. parents and family i get to talk to. friends not so much. 11 hours, 3 hours. its crazy. im literally at the other end of the bloody world. dont get me wrong... i love it here. i love the fact that i am in california. i love it even more after travelling around the US this past month. but im literally the opposite side of the world. if i travel any further... id actually get closer to home. :P ok im gonna stop before i get whiny about being so far away and alone and even furhter than all friends and family who are in the US
yeah whatever.
soooo how many people actually read my random ramblings. i wonder.
i like my new haircut... the one i gave myself. and i know it looks good cos ive gotten a lot of compliments about it. real compliments and not the fake "oh you look good"
people here are so bloody nice its freakin annoying. it just gets so fake at times.
wind blowing outside. i think its going to rain. it was beautiful weather today. sunny, a light breeze. not too cold.
i need a new book to read.
